Stand Up To Joint Pain Physiotherapist programs

No cost to eligible HCF members.
For individuals who have knee and / or hip pain and reduced mobility that needs a prescribed and supported program to specifically target the muscles that are most relevant to their pain and mobility problems.
Stand Up To Joint Pain – Exercise Kit
No cost for eligible HCF and Bupa Members for the kit to be delivered to their home.
For individuals who have knee and / or hip pain and reduced mobility and are already under the care of their local physiotherapist or are motivated to implement their own in-home strengthening, mobility and education program.
